Registration

  • Registration fees entitle participants to attend all the sessions, entrance to exhibition, daily coffee breaks, daily lunch and congress CME
  • *For administrative purpose, a copy of your ID is required as a proof in order to avail the registration fee for ACS members and students.
  • Online registration is possible until 12 September 2024 (GMT+ 4). We advise you to register and pay the applicable onsite registration fees during congress registration hours, commencing on 13 September 2024.

Payment Conditions

  • All registration fees must be paid in advance to MCI Middle East LLC
  • Registration will be processed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • 5% VAT charges will be applicable on the above mentioned rates.

  • Any bank fees associated with the transfer is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please indicate the participant’s full name, registration no. (mentioned on the registration invoice) and “ACS2024” on ALL payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • All delegate cancellations must be received in writing sent to MCI Middle East LLC sent to acsuae@wearemci.com.
  • Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, 31 July 2024 will be refunded in full, less a USD 100/ AED 365 administrative fee.
  • No registration refunds will be made after 31 July 2024.
  • Refunds will be processed after the event according to your payment method.
  • If you cannot attend but did register, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes are possible until 13 August 2024, 23:59 hrs (GMT+ 4) with a fee of USD 20.00 or AED 75.00. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite and subject to a fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00.
  • In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
  • In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded after deducting the bank charges.
  • In the event the Congress is postponed to a later date due force majeure, existing paid registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Congress dates. However, an administrative fee of USD 50.00 or AED 185.00 plus bank charges will be applied should a participant fail to attend the Congress and request for refund.
